To Be Thankful For

It’s funny the things in our current situation that I’m thankful for.

For example, I find myself riding my bike home from morning classes and saying “Thank you, thank you, thank you” every time I hit a patch of shade from the trees on my pathway home. Or the amount of times I say “Thank you – thank you- thank you- thank you” when a cool breeze passes my way….OR the feeling of relief when a cloud covers the sun for even 30 seconds.

Those are moments I am thankful for. It’s funny how much your world changes in according to what situation you’re in at any given moment. You should see how happy we are when we get an unexpected rain shower. ha.
