Time Out

Don’t you hate it when you bite into a bad sun-flower seed? (Note: I’m on the third and final bag of sunflower seeds sent to us from my cousins at Christmas time back in the states. They’ve been a wonderful filler snack; and I’m sure our body can use the extra salt in this climate.)
