So here were are on the other side of the world, celebrating our 1st anniversary! It's hard to believe a year has gone by already- and that time seems so long ago.
But regardless we're having fun. Will picked me a gardenia from our yard this morning.... and today we're at the hubsite, and will be going to dinner with 34 of our closest friends. Ha. kind of our only friends!
But yes- we're enjoying ourselves!
we found out today that we get to take a fieldtrip adventure in 2 weeks. This is for us to practice travelling around the country on our own. We're going to Kiriron National Park.... and according to the staff it's a pretty cool place. We're excited to be able to get away for a weekend and not have to go to any meetings! We'll think of it as a little anniversary trip.

P.s. To both Moms--- our host mom asked us the other day if we missed our families, and I said yes... She wanted to be sure to have me tell you that she is taking very good care of us. So no worries!
